Hi Everyone, I'm looking for some helpful insight. It seems now a lot of people are adding textures into their photos such as these two shots. Do you have any thoughts on it. Are you a fan or do you prefer images unobstructed by details. I'd love to hear what you think.

I love adding the texture! I personally like it and think it adds an art like quality to the photo.
I think it depends. For example, I don't really like it in the first picture where the bridesmaid looks kind of like a ghost, but I really like it in the second one, where it echos the grittiness of the brick wall.
